Our Staff

Dr. Tom Watson

Dr. Watson, a native of Delaware County, returned home in 1992  after training and working in Connecticut.  He is a graduate of St. Aloysius Academy (’78), Archmere Academy (’81), Albright College (’85), and the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine (’89).  He has since taken extensive courses on implant placement, Invisalign and technology.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 3 girls: Tara, Nicole, and Dana, as well as golfing, cardio, ice hockey, and gardening in his back yard.

Robin – Practice Manager

Robin has been working in the dental field since 2014.  She was hired by Dr. Watson to assist Broomall Dental Health after receiving her Dental Assisting Certification at Harcum College.  She has furthered her experience with dentistry and now manages both Broomall Dental Health and Goshen Dental Health.  Robin strives to make dentistry understandable and affordable for every patient.  in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Michelle – Patient Coordinator

Michelle is our patient coordinator, who is the first person to greet you with her warm and kind presence.  She handles all insurance and eligibility at our office.  Michelle loves the outdoors and gardening.

Sue – Patient Coordinator

Sue came to our office with over 30 years of patient coordinator experience.  In her free time she enjoys cooking, Nascar racing, the Outer Banks, and spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers. 

Ashley – EFDA

Ashley is our EFDA for Dr. Watson.  Ashley joined our team in January 2021 with 10 years of experience.  Ashley always does her best to make the appointment as comfortable as possible,  Ashley loves spending her free time with her husband, kids and puppy.

Ashley – Dental Assistant

Ashley is our dental assistant for Dr. Watson.  Ashley joined our team in August 2023 with 10 years of experience.  She is dedicated, compassionate and enjoys helping patients feel at ease when they come into our office.  Ashley loves to spend her free time with her dog, family and friends.

Gail – Dental Hygienist

Gail is one of our dental hygienist in the office.  She graduated from Temple University’s dental program in the late 1970’s.  Gail has always been fascinated with teeth and the functions of the human body.  Since starting at BDH, Gail has been serving patients with the best of her abilities and will continue to provide thorough service to patients at BDH.  She grew up swimming and canoeing in New Jersey and loves the ocean.

Tanya – Hygienist

Tanya has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years.  She has a pleasant demeanor and enjoys spending her weekends with her grandchildren

Tara – Scheduler

Tara is our proficient scheduler stationed at the front desk.  Currently a senior at Drexel University, she’s dedicated to her studies of Fashion Merchandising.  Beyond her academic pursuits, Tara finds joy in cherished moments with family and beachside hangouts.
